Terms and conditions

By purchasing and using a TypeMission course, you enter into an agreement with TypeMission. This agreement includes the following key points: 

Minimum age

To purchase and use a TypeMission course, you must be over 18 years of age. This rule also applies to parents or legal guardians who purchase the course for their child(ren). 

Registration process

After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions. Once you have received the confirmation email, you will be able to in to the TypeMission typing course and the parent portal. 

Delivery

TypeMission strives to ship the starter pack, including keyboard stickers, within 7 days of payment. Shipping costs for the starter pack within Europe are covered by TypeMission. Please ensure you provide the correct address, as any costs incurred for shipping a new starter pack will be borne by the buyer. 

Access to the course

Users have access to the TypeMission course for 1 year. If your child needs more time, please contact us within the contract period to make arrangements. 

Early termination and right of withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with the TypeMission typing course, you can cancel the contract free of charge and without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of entering into the contract. To do so, send an unequivocal statement by email to info@typemission.com. Within 14 days of cancellation, you must return the learning materials you have received.

TypeMission will refund any tuition fees paid as soon as possible, at the latest 14 days after cancellation or after receipt of the returned materials. Returns will only be accepted if the learning materials are in the original condition.

Payments

The costs of the TypeMission course are listed on the TypeMission website. You can pay for the course by bank transfer or credit card.  

Intellectual property rights

The intellectual property rights to the teaching materials shall remain with TypeMission at all times. The teaching materials may not be used for any purpose other than personal study, nor may they be sold or transferred to third parties. 

Complaints

If you have any complaints, please report them within one month of receiving the relevant material to support@typemission.com. We will do our outmost to resolve complaints satisfactorily. TypeMission´s liability is limited to a maximum of the course fees you have paid. 

Personal data and GDPR

TypeMission processes personal data in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Further information about this processing and the rights of data subjects can be found in our Privacy Statement.  

Special provisions for shares

All special provisions for promotions and group purchases are indicated in the corresponding promotion. The validity of the promotion is always specified. 

Disputes

Disputes arising from this agreement may be submitted to the Dutch court in accordance with Dutch law.
